Refrigerators:
- Should be set at 37 Degrees or in Middle Setting.
- Freezers should be set at 0 Degrees or in Middle Setting.
- Refrigerator and Freezer doors should never be left open.
- Clean the condensing coils every 6 months.
- In the event of a power surge, turn off the refrigerator for 5 minutes then restart.
- Do not move the controls on the refrigerator — it will void your warranty.

- We do not warranty water and Ice Makers.
- We do not provide new or used water/ice maker filters.
Dryers:
- Clean out lint filter after each use.
- Be sure outside vent is clear of obstruction.
- Maintain your dryer at least once a year — dryers build up lint inside.
- Dryer cannot be pushed back against wall.
- Dryers that take too long to dry need to be checked for obstruction first before calling office.
- A Dryer will not be installed with a stove cord.
Washers:
- Make sure drain line is NOT clogged.
- Do not overload the machine — it will NOT wash the clothes properly and will take the washer off balance.
- All washers must be cleaned with hot water and bleach/vinegar by running a cycle.
- Using too much detergent will cause washer to take too long to wash and may damage the machine (voiding warranty).
- For HE machines: 2 tablespoons of detergent per load is the maximum.
Stoves:
- Do not use the stove as a heater for your home.
- Clean your stove regularly. A DIRTY STOVE CAN CAUSE A FIRE!
- Unplug when cleaning and let dry completely before plugging in again.
- Regularly check your burn out elements and igniter.
- We do not hook up gas lines.
- A Stove will not be installed with a dryer cord.
Important Information about Refrigerators:
- Set your controls at 0 degrees for the freezer and 37 for the refrigerator, or in the middle if using dials. DO NOT move the controls, as this prevents the refrigerator from starting up properly.
- Do not overstuff your refrigerator or block airways — allow air to circulate.
- Allow 24–48 hours for the refrigerator to reach temperature before putting food inside.
- If connecting the water line, make sure to bleed the line before connecting it.
- Do not push your refrigerator all the way back — it will block air circulation.
- We do not provide new water filters. You must purchase and install your own. Be sure to press the water dispenser and fill several cups to allow the water to flow through the new filter.
