Delivery Terms and Conditions

Responsibility:

We are not responsible for moving any furniture or valuables. Delivery fee is for one trip only. If our third party shows up to your home and you are not present, you will be subject to an additional trip charge.

Safety:

To promise good health and safety of our service providers, we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule work due to unsafe conditions, which include, without limitation, extreme temperatures, natural disasters or the existence of other hazards, real or perceived. Haul away services may result in a charge.

Delivery Authorization:

Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day of delivery and review and approve all work completed.

Customer Information:

Is all of your customer information accurate? If not driver will not be able to reach you to confirm the correct delivery address.

Home Access:

Please make sure our team has a clear path via our truck to your home. If the path is not clear you will reschedule your appointment and you will be subject to an additional trip charge. (free of furniture, toys, etc.) All pets need to be placed in a separate room for the duration of the installation.

Scheduling:

Deliveries are scheduled the day of according to zip code. We will call the customer 30 Min to 1 Hour before departing towards the destination to make sure somebody is home. If the customer doesn’t answer we will move on to the next delivery and you will have to wait for the next available day.

Non-Refundable:

Delivery fees are non-refundable after scheduling and after service has been completed.

Dimensions / Product Verification:

Make sure the correct dimensions are given before day of delivery to ensure the appliance will fit through the doors / where the appliance will be placed. Verify color, gas/electric, brand/model selection.

Specialty Installation:

Some appliances require specially installation to be purchased. These services may result in additional charges.

New Standard Connection:

If your house does not have standard connections, is missing parts (example no waterline) not up to code, is missing shut off valves or there are missing outlets (or other connections) our drivers do have the right to refuse to connect your appliances.

Delivery Fee

The Delivery Fee for your appliance(s) will be from $_____________ to $_____________. I am an independent contractor. I provide delivery services, which include the following:

  • Full installation of Washer and Dryer with 4-6 feet hoses.
  • Delivery (placing appliance in the proper space) for Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave and Freezer.

The following services we DO NOT provide:

  • Installation of water lines to refrigerators
  • Installation of water lines to dishwashers
  • Installation of gas lines to stoves
  • Installation of gas lines to dryers
  • Hoses longer than 6 feet
  • Plumbing Services
  • Electrical Services

During the installation we may need to remove the doors on either your home or the appliances to get them in your home. In that event the delivery fee will be $20-$40 more depending on the amount of work. The Delivery Fee is based on your Zip Code, Appliance, and the Floor Level.

  • Standard Washer and Dryer Start at $55
  • High Efficiency Front Loader/Top Loader Start at $65
  • Stoves and Dishwashers Start at $55
  • Refrigerators and Freezers Start at $65
  • Stackable Washer and Dryer Start at $75

Depending on the Zip Code the price can go up from $20 to $40 more added to the starting fee. (Map located in office). If the appliances are going upstairs the price will go up $10 per flight. Zip Codes not listed will be subject to a $2.50 fee per mile +$50 from the location where the appliance(s) are purchased.

Special or Extreme circumstances are subject to additional fees over the written price. For example, carrying an appliance over a counter or a staircase. This fee is to be paid by Cash or Credit/Debit Card to the independent contractor at the time of delivery. Checks are NOT Accepted.

Disclaimer:

We and/or our third-party service provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause beyond our control. If our, or our third-party service providers, we and/or our third-party service provider may choose to not provide services. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present, including possible code violations. For any uninstallation services provided, you agree that neither we nor our third-party service provider shall be responsible for repairing any changes made to your residence. Neither we or our third-party service provider will disassemble, deconstruct or break down any product for haul away services even if necessary, for removal. We DO NOT haul away appliances with roaches and or insects/rodents. Recycling of an old appliance included if approved by us and/or our third party. These services may result in additional charges.

Pick Up Terms & Conditions

Warranty:

We have reconditioned and inspected the appliance(s) you purchased here in store and it is now in working condition. Your purchase comes with a FREE 1 Year Labor & 60 Days on Parts. You will be responsible for parts after 60 days unless you have purchased the 10-month part warranty at an additional cost.

Loading Waiver:

You are permitting A Plus Appliance and its contractors to load your merchandise manually/handload providing a signed waiver is completed.

  • We will not be responsible for appliances not tied down properly.
  • We do not provide straps — you must bring your own straps to tie down.
  • A Plus Appliance and its contractors accept no liability or responsibility for any damages to your appliances(s), vehicles, or personal items.

This Waiver must be signed by you (the customer) in order for A Plus Appliance and its contractors to load your appliance(s). The waiver releases A Plus Appliance and its contractors from liability for any damage related to the loading of appliance(s).

Refrigerator Transport:

All refrigerators that are transported laying down can NOT be plugged in for the next 72 hours. If it is plugged in before the allotted time, the warranty will be voided and the customer will be responsible for all repairs.

Malfunctions & Returns:

If the appliance were to malfunction you are responsible for bringing it back to the store or paying a trip charge based on your zip code or mileage. It is your responsibility to see the appliance working in the store before leaving with the appliance(s).

Inspection:

It is important that you inspect the appliance immediately and at regular intervals to check for water leaks and confirm that the appliance is in working order. Connections can become loose over time and need to be inspected and maintained.

You should re-inspect within the next 4 hours, immediately after the first use, and again in 24 hours from the installation date and time. If any leaks or damages are discovered, you must notify A Plus Appliance.

Disclaimer:

A Plus Appliance & technicians contracted by A Plus Appliance will not be held responsible for any damages or leaks that occur. By signing this waiver and release agreement, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, clearly understand, and voluntarily accept the risks. You authorize the contractors to prepare and load your appliance(s) and assume all risks of damage to your order, as well as all potential safety concerns with transporting and installing appliance(s).
